This company bought out my mortgage from another company. In the transaction, I wasn’t notified that my mortgage insurance wasn’t going to be renewed. I now owe months of back pay on home insurance. I will be switching mortgage at the soonest opportunity that makes sense. These guys couldn’t even give me a courtesy waiving of the back pay. Most companies will. This one doesn’t. Beware. They didn’t even call me, but called me during that same time to try and get me to refinance. Go figure.

I can’t begin to describe my appreciation of the team at PennyMac. Great communication, empathy, no errors on my CD, and before I forget, I received the best deal!!! Surprisingly, PennyMac beat even wholesale brokers which I thought was unbelievable. Praying that if mortgage rates drop lower, I can refinance with PM. I’m a client for life.

First off, I gave all questions the highest ratings, why does the next page say "it sounds we have some opportunityies to improve"?
