I had a great experience with the loan officer, Jennifer Brucker and mortgage success team representative Rosario Lopez. My problems were with the team which originally was researching and verifying income before the rate could be locked in. They kept asking for the same documents over and over. The second problem was with the underwriting. Even though the information had been verified prior to rate lock, they kept asking for the same pieces of information which had been provided multiple times. Chaix Cole is a tremendous asset to PENNYMAC. I had some obstacles along the way and Chaix made me her priority. I wasn’t just another person. She reacted with a great sense of urgency. She set clear expectations for me. She made me feel like my loan was the only loan she was working. She followed though with everything she said she would do. She’s a true asset to PENNYMAC. If I ever do another refinance, I want Chaix to do it for me. She’s a real superstar!
