Working with Layal and Rosario and her team was amazing. I have already recommended PennyMac to multiple friends and family thinking of moving and using a VA loan.
Absolutely terrible experience with the app. It’s costed me $500+ in late fees. I’ve had auto pay on for 4+ years no issues, until I installed this. Every month, auto pay shows it’s on from the app. Then, come payment time, I see pending, but it never pays. I’ve worked with 3 customer support reps, who are all gaslighting me saying my auto pay is off, which ok sure it might be, but they are too thick to understand that I’m telling them my app shows it on. Terrible experience. Terrible service. Terrible app.

I know all loan processes are not the same. This was my fifth loan I have had in 25 years. This was by far the best experience I have had. The loan team should teach others in what to do.
