Megan and Tyra were great throughout the entire homebuying process. They were fast and very efficient in answering question and making the process go as smooth as possible. I’m very thankful to have been assigned to them. Thanks again! My only critique is the home story rewards program. I elected to enroll in the program, and feel as though getting ahold of anyone through the program had been difficult. If the process could be streamlined and more easily accessible, that would be great for any future customers.

I have been very displeased with the services of PennyMac. My loan was sold to PennyMac by a local bank who stated they were not in the loan selling business. After a few years, my wife and I got a divorce, and I was awarded the house in the settlement. I tried to get my ex-wife's name off the loan, but PennyMac refused, despite the fact that I was awarded the house in the settlement. There should be a system in place that would notify the different departments that an account is in the process of being refinanced. So that the loan cannot be sold. My closing was delayed due to the fact that my mortgage was transferred to another company. None of the department contacts that were involved in the refinancing knew about this at first.
