Better web site, team coordination. Sometimes started new loans because unsure of exactly where I was in the process. System should not let you began another loan until you've completed an earlier one.

Beware this company. Horrible customer service. And hope you never have to deal with the lost draft department. It's obvious it's some type of scam where they don't want to reissue your insurance claim. Check quickly so they can earn interest off your money. They say they don't get documents. They require absolutely ludicrous amount of paperwork. They push things off scrutinize every single document. Honestly the mortgage process can be painful and unpleasant. Hilda and Malcolm made this process COMPLETELY the opposite! They were professional, attentive, responsive and an absolute joy to work with! I am so grateful for them and your team.
