I visited their site to increase our monthly payment to pay down the principal faster, and it seems like they intentionally make this difficult (if at all possible) to do I increased my monthly automatic payment through the site, but instead of it deducting as it does every month, it withdrew the monthly charge plus the extra amount THAT DAY. Norma went out of her way and resolved an issue i had with a form called texas home equity election not to rescind. closer told to send to pennymac without address but Nirma fixed issue quickly and found out it need to be send to title company and gave me email to send. ease of contact, process made it simple and easy
