Horrible customer assistance the guy couldn’t even pronounce what he was saying correctly and hung up on me , Lied to me several times and got my information wrong on his end this place is ridiculous horrible !

My team was fantastic. They kept me updated regularly and closed ahead of schedule. My only suggestion would be to remove any unneeded documents from the request portal if they are no longer needed.

Horrible bad communication not helpful for loyal customers I’ve paid in time every month and the one time I experienced hardship and ask for a payment deferred for 1 month so I can get back on track the very next month I was told that I wouldn’t qualify for that option but yet I qualify for a long term assistance that will Higher my APR and restructure the loan, which makes no sense at all. Sounds like they care more about filling there pockets more than help a client. Honestly I will refinance out this bank asap
