Norma went out of her way and resolved an issue i had with a form called texas home equity election not to rescind. closer told to send to pennymac without address but Nirma fixed issue quickly and found out it need to be send to title company and gave me email to send. ease of contact, process made it simple and easy

Couldn't be more pleased with the process I just experienced. Quick and easy. Matthew Brewer came through will care and hunted down the best rate at the time he could find. I know there was some fight to be able to get me the lowest rate.
