I switched homeowners insurance providers and promptly uploaded my new insurance documentation through PennyMac's portal. Unfortunately, the insurance company had listed an incorrect property address on the policy. Rather than notifying me of the issue through the portal or otherwise making me aware that there was a problem with my submission, PennyMac did not update my account and provided no indication that corrective action was needed.
