Never trust a company who has been sued for trying to steal another company's mortgage system. The other company won. Being sued by its own customers and investors. This is a very untrustworthy company who has no idea what they are doing when it comes to day to day operations. Do not wasre your time here they will lie and defraud before they admit any wrong doing.

My only complaint was the title company took a long time obtaining a payoff document. Other than that, it was pretty easy and the loan officer was pleasant to work with.
