Called today wanted an explanation in plain language as to why I was denied an escrow termination request. Just wanted to get a simple breakdown on what I needed to do and maybe get something in writing so I could go over it better. Got the run around on the phone and wasn’t told exactly why I was denied just basically what it “might” be. Lady seemed very confused and was very hard to follow. I wish I can echo similar sentiments as the other reviewers. The loan officer I am dealing with on refinancing just hung up on me ending a call with, "whatever" It is highly unprofessional. The call was recorded and I urge the pennymac training team to review their records and train the employees at least speak to the customers.
