Sandra Benavidez was excellent and truly the main reason I would highly recommend pennymac to others that will use a VA home loan. She went above and beyond for me when I had to navigate parts with the VA, that I thought would make me miss my deadline but she was informative, helpful and maintained it all to make sure I was reassured with pennymac to make sure it did not miss my timeline and will not have any delays. Even if I ever move again if I know I will get Sandra again I will come back to pennymac no doubt.

Pennymac is a wonderful company to work with. The have a culture of caring , which trickles down the each representation. I unfortunately lost my job and Pennymac treated me with respect and kindness. I have never experienced this level of kindness from a lender in my life.
