For how much money they getting they sure can’t make it simple to reach a live person! Also site issues should be explicitly listed in the mobile or website page. I spent 30 min of my break just to get ahold of real person just to tell me they were having site issue last week reason why it keep putting me in a registration loop. Such a waste of time when I could’ve just waited until today to sign in…. Do better please
