I visited their site to increase our monthly payment to pay down the principal faster, and it seems like they intentionally make this difficult (if at all possible) to do I increased my monthly automatic payment through the site, but instead of it deducting as it does every month, it withdrew the monthly charge plus the extra amount THAT DAY. Then they proceeded to try to charge me again the following automatic payment -- which had NOT been changed at all I called their customer service to increase the monthly automatic paym... read more
