We had one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences with PennyMac. Our HELOAN application has been dragging on for months with zero progress and absolutely no professional coordination between team members. We were assured multiple times that all required documents were already on file and that the process would be simple and quick. The communication was awesome anytime I had a question it got answered in a timely manner. Closing on loans can be very stressful at times but PennyMac took care of me I couldn’t be any happier with the service they offer.
