Jimmy and Jamie were absolutely amazing through out the entire process. Anytime we had a question, they were there in a timely manner to answer everything we threw at them. I can’t recommend them enough!

The people were great but the system is not user friendly. Too many people working on the loan. Very confusing to an older generation. He said, she said. It needs to be easier.
I really appreciated the proactive information/caution about an increase in spam calls I would receive and the process was smoothe and moved quickly.
