What can I say other than they are by far one of the worst and lack empathy in understanding of customer issues. I went through 3 different people, Nick to Roman to the 'MANAGER' Dianne whom was to place me on hold and hung up with no return call. I did not swear and was firm but this is not okay and I highly recommend that they look into their training programs to better equip their staff for success and interaction with callers.

I didn't actually choose pennymac - my mortgage was sold to them after I initially took it out. If you have to have a loan through Pennymac then you need to prepare for a truly harassment-level amount of marketing from them. I swear I get three emails a day asking me to take out a new loan or refinance my current one, and then about every other month I get a phone call asking the same.
