the whole team was great. the home buying experience was very easy and stress free
Without Faiza and Layal, we wouldn't have our retirement home. We were downsizing and had a short window in which to Close - including completing a VA process. They did it, on time, made it easy, kept us in the loop all the way. Awesome!
If I could give zero stars I would Its not their employees (per say) ots the games they play when you try to pay them off. Frist of all they want a wire transfer. So if you use bill pay and it was sent by wire where you have a limit that you can send they don't consider that a wire. I made two payments to the before the deadline and lst they tried to take the following months payment out of it and then when the 2nd payment went in from my banks wire transfer. Jamie went above and beyond to assist us in obtaining all the necessary documents etc. to complete our loan. VA loans are never easy due to the many requirements that they have and he contacted VA several times on our behalf.
I like the fact that you take an active part in helping the client through the whole process.
Rosario was simply amazing. She communicated so well. I was always aware of any needs. I never had to reach out to her because she was keeping me informed the entire way. Stephanie was awesome as always. I will work with Stephanie and Rosario always
Jimmy & Sandra were very professional. There are times that I have given up, but they kept encouraging me. Till the end we got it done.
