Horrible mortgage company. Their website and phone app are outdated. When I made a payment their system generated no confirmation number to write down or sent me any email. When I went back in their website to check for pending payments there werent any listed, so i made another payment and this time received a confirmation number. Well they did take the first payment and also took the second payment . So now I am in the negative on my bank account because both payments went through . PennyMac refused to stop the second pay... read more
