Latrice was wonderful and explained to me what happened with the paperwork. She had updated all of the information for my husband‘s name but the title company had not listened. She was very kind.
Michael Henry was responsive to my questions and was very patient with the entire process. I have already recommended Pennymac to my associates.
Had a great experience with only one hiccup. The Notary had made a small mistep by saying we owed at signing when the paperwork actually showed we were owed. I contacted Pennie Mac they were great and we got a great support from Bryan.
Everything was great with the exception of your IT department was rude and uncaring of our situation.
