Extremely poor experience with PennyMac. From the very beginning, the process was confusing, slow, and completely disorganized. My wife and I applied for a HELOAN and were promised that everything would move quickly since all documents were already submitted during a previous loan attempt. That turned out to be false. We had one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences with PennyMac. The communication was awesome anytime I had a question it got answered in a timely manner. Closing on loans can be very stressful at times but PennyMac took care of me I couldn’t be any happier with the service they offer.
