If I could give zero stars I would Its not their employees (per say) ots the games they play when you try to pay them off. Frist of all they want a wire transfer. So if you use bill pay and it was sent by wire where you have a limit that you can send they don't consider that a wire. I made two payments to the before the deadline and lst they tried to take the following months payment out of it and then when the 2nd payment went in from my banks wire transfer.
