If I could give zero stars I would Its not their employees (per say) ots the games they play when you try to pay them off. Frist of all they want a wire transfer. So if you use bill pay and it was sent by wire where you have a limit that you can send they don't consider that a wire. I made two payments to the before the deadline and lst they tried to take the following months payment out of it and then when the 2nd payment went in from my banks wire transfer. Jamie went above and beyond to assist us in obtaining all the necessary documents etc. to complete our loan. VA loans are never easy due to the many requirements that they have and he contacted VA several times on our behalf.

Scammers for every dollar they can take you for. They will lie to your ear and there is no accountability. The head department they all answer isnt a place you can be transferred to so you either pay them or accrue additional charges. Extortion. My payments posted 6/23 and the payoff was good until the 26th. They didnt process anything until the 27th and I have to now pay another 800 to cover the payoff amount, on top of continued late fees and 0 grace after a house fire. was told I would be in forbearance, never happened. w... read more
