As a lender, Pennymac is pretty good. App is easy to use and when I had questions, they were very helpful. But! Be aware, they will call and harass you multiple times a month trying to to sell you stuff and refinancing terms "they" feel you need. As a Combat Veteran using my VA loan, once my house sells, ill Never accept Pennhmac as a lender again. No many how times they were told to not call me with offers, it never stopped.
