We have an excellent credit score of 775 and our income is three times what’s required. Our credit union approved us for a $350K loan at 7%, but PennyMac rejected our application without even asking for clarification. They claimed my wife's W-2 didn’t match, yet failed to consider that her employer includes $500 in healthcare reimbursements and travel reimbursements for business trips. With strong credit history and solid income, we expected better. Disappointed in how dismissive and careless their process was.
