Tyra was excellent to work with during my loan process. Very informative and communicative. I did have some issues with the portal, but once a phone call was made to technical support it was rectified. Time zones need to be considered during requests from lender to closing attorney and borrower to ensure timeliness of documents and information.
Hilda and Ishan were both fantastic and easy to work with. Both of them were very responsive to my requests and always got back to me very promptly. Will definitely get back with them for our next loan. Sincerely, Steve and Linda (Suzy)

My loan processor wasn’t positive, often threatened that my closing would be delayed due to inaccurate information she had, not organized, and on several occasions didn’t have the most updated information.
Overall the experience was great. Christopher was great, he left the company before my loan was finalized, so it was a bit confusing when it came to the final numbers and to get what he promised, Latrice was outstanding, picked up every call, emailed me back promptly, and was always there for me when I needed assistance. Thank you guys for all of you guys help.

At times the process was frustrating but my team was very professional and extremely helpful in getting my loan through the hurdles. Always polite and excellent customer services skills when dealing with my frustrations. Kudos to everyone

Apparently on new builds there is a 10 day wait period that y’all did not know about. This cost me money and time not in my house.
