It was difficult to obtain answers to my questions. , It was difficult to get in touch with a loan officer.
It takes too long for cash out disbursements to be processed. Also Penny Mac kept asking for proof that a debt had already been paid even though I provided letter from the company, bank statements and other proof that the debt was paid, ridiculous!!!
Everyone ne was great! Everything went smoothly! We are very happy and glad we went with PennyMac.
