it was okay, was charged way more that what I was originally told.
I reached out to lattice multiple times, I never heard back. We spoke one time and that was her informing me we would be working together. After that I didn’t communicate with her again. James Bruce did an exceptional job but overall I wouldn’t recommend my family to this company

I have used pennymac for several years and will continue to do so. The team worked together to help move our closing date up. I am very thankful for everyone working so hard to get everything completed early.
Rashawna and Quinton were very helpful and responsive during this process.
Eric was great at communication the process and next steps. He was always available to answer questions. He made sure all the documents were sent to him early enough to meet the closing date. If they were any issues he communicated immediately of the issues. Great Service

Our experience with Nancy Olivas was superb. Having given Nancy high marks, we experienced numerous duplicitous , unnecessary and confusing handling by “others” on the PM Team. Thank you for this opportunity of expression, and please do not allow these comments to reflect adversely on Nancy
The only thing that I think could of made the process much better is if I could of had way to call my loan specialists directly, every time I would try to call her I would always get a different person.
