Was not told about two required inspections until three days after they knew in the first case; and close to two weeks for the second, requiring me to jump through hoops in order to close in time since they didnt communicate those requirements to me when they knoew about them. Everything else was great and overall I houle highly recommend PennyMac

The communication as far as what documents were needed towards the end was confusing. I kept receiving messages to provide proof of reserves but I had to call in to get clarification. I also felt the confusion with the subordination delayed my closing and I was asked to follow up with the lender who needed to complete the subordination.
