I financed my home purchase with PennyMac in 2021. One year after the purchase, my monthly mortgage payment increased by over $500. I thought there had too but some mistake. Turns out that my loan officer failed to obtain and/or include my school taxes when determining my escrow payment. I have reached out to Pennymac about this to see why that happened and the representative told me that they assumed I did not have school taxes to pay. The appraisal was incorrect and took longer to correct than necessary. I provided all the documents necessary, multiple times, with the appraisal department having issues. It all worked out however I went above what was necessary and I was constantly having to stay on top of everything.

Grateful to receive breakdown of my credit report. Item 1 in each is a complete error. Never had multiple collections. During early 70s, co-signed for 2 people who later defaulted and I paid. I have had no collectons in over 40 years. I plan to challenge the error in my credit report.
