Third loan with Pennymac. Easy as always. In fact the new system, also how personable the team has become at Pennymac...whoever came up with this shift in communication should be given a raise. I have had genuinly good conversations with the loan team as we did our applications over the phone.
Everyone was great to work with. The response time was amazing and any questions I had throughout the process were answered with speed and clarity.

When Amy said she left a extensive message for me. Instead of being sorry for no contact I was told you must have given us the wrong number
