1. Repeated automated emails asking for documents from second person Jessica Diamond. 2. Record showed a second loan process at the same time and could not be removed. 3. It appears your computer technology is not what your people need. Needing to look for documents in past emails inefficient…. 4. VA loan request was a problem. If, as I am told, they have 10 working days to complete once appraisal is done on the home. In my case this would have been the closing date. To have less people handle the process so customer doesn't have to repeat what was told by other representatives. One agent asked for one thing and said they would check into it and another agent would repeat what the previous agent stated. Making the process longer than necessary.

Everything was not great with the process, but what was great is how Rashawna Balkman corrected the situation even though we missed our closing date due the ball being dropped by someone and not her. She got management involved for us to close in a timely manner
