The worst experience to date.
I feel like extra fees were added on, when I was going over closing documents with the notary. She said additional appraisal fees. I wasn't told the appraisal was over what I paid, if I didn't need to get the loan and already pay the appraisal fee, I would have shopped around more for a better deal.
Loan team kept in touch with us and the loan process moved quickly. I was very impressed.

This was the worst experience I've had with a loan & lending institution. When we did a VA refi several years ago with PennyMac everything went extremely smooth, nothing in quadruplicate every day, etc. Also with our credit scores we really expected better %'s rates staying with PennyMac. I am very disappointed & will now be looking.
