Wilson was outstanding in this process and was our main contact for most of the process. We did not have any direct contact with Andy until the very end. No way to reach him directly and relied on Wilson for a lot of our updates and info. When we finally got with Andy he was great. There are some flaws with the process that need addressing. Letisia was always communicative and informative about the process. Most of the time, she'd call me before I had to call her. Her communications were clear and the documentation needed was also clearly communicated. I enjoyed working with her - she made the process easier. Everything closed on time and I now have my new home!
