Quick and easy
Sandra was always available to answer questions and when she wasn’t, she got back to us relatively quickly!! She made it a pleasant experience for us!!
Sandra worked with me on my purchase loan and my refinance loan. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She took time out to communicate and work in the other loan, though it wasn’t her job. I was frustrated with PennyMac, but not with Sandra. She was a great help and I appreciate her.
Painless loan process!
Process was very smooth at the beginning. There were changes made to my loan that I had no knowledge of so that began to make the process challenging at the end. My closing date was changed unbeknownst to me. Employment verification was requested multiple times and different responses from different reps about the reasons for the change in the loan documents. After we smooth out all of the confusion we were able to close smoothly.

The whole process was smooth and flawless. The communication was great. The notifications that required our action was great and timely!
Was smooth start to finish everyone was professional knowledge and helpful that I dealt with throughout the process. Communication was kept with me throughout my process.
