All good. Just one anoying thing that bothered me was that they keeped on sending me the same emails about incomplete documents over and over again when I had sent everything in to the Loan officer. For future reference please be in touch with the clients loan officer for documentation, other than that everyone was very professional.

We probably weren’t the easiest customers to deal with mainly because of the underwriting department continually requesting the same documents numerous times. Sandra was always professional and maintained her “cool” through the whole ordeal. She is certainly an asset to the Pennymac team.
