Nicole and Nestor were both all we could hope for as loan processors to make this experience so easy. After the first phone call with Nestor, we had our pre-approval which let us make our offer on our dream home. I hope this is our last home purchase but I would definitely call them again if needed.
Tanairy was great throughout the full process. Very responsive, experienced, and professional.
If the original representative would have not appeared to be more of a salesman than a person to assist an existing customer about refinance and educating on the numbers and how they are calculated.
Closing communications needs to be worked on. We were not expecting nor prepared to have a o mail out the checks to the creditors in our refinance. This was never disclosed to us and we were only informed once I reached out Pennymac.

I work a lot of hours at work. The team members I worked with were extremely patient, cause there were days I'd miss an email or two. This time around was so much better than last.
