The process went smoothly Had to wait some extended days but was not their fault. Would use them again for financing for sure
Almost lost closing date because of last second unknown requirement… no communication from settlement agent for debt payment at all

Mrs. Olivas wasn’t with me for a majority of the process so it’s not really fair to give outstanding marks for other peoples work. At first we was like confused about it but after we speak with faiza and ask questions we feel release and comfortable.
The refinancing process was done in a timely manner. And the closing was done as promised.
The team at PennyMac did an excellent job working with me throughout the process.
I have been working with Pennymac since 2014 for our home purchase in South Fl. My experience has been so good, that I continued to work with them on my most recent home purchase in Tallahassee. I opted for a VA loan. They are very knowledgeable and were able to secure a very good rate, even in this climate. If/when we purchase in the future, I will work with them again.
