You need to find a different mortgage closing company, Townsgate is horrible, messed up our closing and had to go through it 3 times for their mistakes. We haven't got our checks which were supposed to be here yesterday 12-30, and still haven't.

My only concern is in North Carolina it’s a bad idea to use signing agents. Use an attorney. I am thankful you have that option.
