The only issue we had was at signing that our initials were turned around. I had hers and she had mine. It was just an added inconvenience as we had to cross out the initial then initial it and change it every where we had to sign which was a lot.

Sandra was very responsive. I had no issues ever getting a hold of her. Even for quick simple questions. And she was always prompt and timely with her response. She and Andrew went above and beyond for me And I am very thankful for that.
