It was very frustrating when my loan rep had to communicate with underwriting and the approval team. Seemed like there were a lot of meetings. My attorney and realtor were also commenting about how unusual and stressful that team was.
I had to deliver the same documents more than once without additional explanation. , It was difficult to understand where I was in the process or what was the next step.
Nancy held my hand from start to closing. I appreciate the consistent customer service.
I just want to share that both David Choi and Andy Garcia were wonderful.. they made me feel so comfortable when speaking with them. I was never intimidated by them. Great job Guys. It was great working with them, especially David Choi.
PennyMac calls every day with random offers, and each time I request to be taken off the call list, they still call with the exact offers. PLEASE STOP CALLING ME!!!!!!!
