speedy speedy transaction. a little miscommunication about documentation needed, but that was quickly taken care of. pleasant business all around.

Third loan with Pennymac. Easy as always. In fact the new system, also how personable the team has become at Pennymac...whoever came up with this shift in communication should be given a raise. I have had genuinly good conversations with the loan team as we did our applications over the phone.
