This process was the fastest I’ve ever had in applying for any type of loan.
I feel that some of the automatic fees that come with the loan process should be waived if a person is already a customer of PennyMac, and pay those fees before. Over all my experience was very pleasant and Mary was on top of things all the time.
We were very unhappy with the appraiser that was originally sent out who greatly undervalued our home and cost us quite a bit of money on our cash out refinance. Even when we were able to prove that things were inaccurate or left off the appraisal we were told that the review team would not allow us another appraisal or re-evaluate what had been sent in.
The customer service was great and they kept me up updated the whole time through the process and were available to answer any questions I had.
