The experience was quite satisfactory.
The process was easy, and the employees I worked with were very considerate and helpful. I would suggest not putting a loan agent on a loan who is not in the same time zone. That was the only bad part of our experience because trying to get timing lined up with PennyMac and our local business' was a little bit of a pain.
Our loan reps were quick and efficient. My husband was in a bind where we needed to close as early as possible and Peter and Meredith were able to make it happen. Great job and VERY much appreciated! It was a great experience refinancing our home.

Honestly I chose 'great' because there were only 3 choices and the next one said something like 'just ok'. I felt like it should rate a little higher than that. I got through it and we closed so I'm happy. Some of the requirements changed during the process. Some of the requests were ridiculous. After faxing in an actual signature that document never got checked 'completed' so it showed up as a task needed on every email.
