Pennymac made the refinance easy and fast. Communication was always open and answered my questions very quickly. Really appreciate Linda and Joel for the help.
Better initial communication and process explanation. Not on Veronica’s part but there were a few times that I received conflicting information and had trouble getting a hold of someone. At one point I had to call 5x in one night and demand to speak to a supervisor in order to get a document that we needed for closing.
LaToyaka is amazing!! my experience with her was outstanding. If you need someone to explain things in easy way to understand she is the person to go to. Close on time, interest rate was lower than expected. LaToyaka was very patient and encouraging!!! Thank you again
Despite my realtor complaining about the process Pennymac was great at answering my questions and responding in a timely manner. The only hiccup we had was the appraisal being ordered to early which caused us to spend more money to send them out again for certification of completion.
My poor review is not for Tyra. She did her absolute best. My comments are for the loan process in itself. Once it went from the application to the underwriting team was when things got messy. I already have two other mortgages which should have been in the system. Hopefully on the next one, the process will be smoother. A list from the beginning with all the documents needed. Again Tyra was there from beginning to end for us.
