Mrs. Olivas wasn’t with me for a majority of the process so it’s not really fair to give outstanding marks for other peoples work. Mrs Raylee Gotham did a majority of the selling and preparation and I would much rather fill out a survey on her to express my satisfaction with Penny Mac. As far as referring people to Penny Mac.
