everything went great and smothly.

Documents was requested multiple times and not accurate.
Veronica and Dylan was very helpful and answered all of our questions. They did a great job.
only problem had was at the beginning i was told that no docs were needed to close via josesph..i even asked him several times to be sure. but barry came back and said that was wrong and got me to reopen the process.
My experience with Pennymac improved thanks to Andy and Peter, they were very accurate, excellent customer service, attention, they always replied very fast! I can not say the same on the rest of the loan officers.
The entire process was clear from the beginning. We were informed of the step by step process and what to expect.
It was a seamless, concise, and clear process.
