The process was jumbled along the way. Expectations were set at the beginning and then they changed along the way from Penny mac. We received at least 5 different CDs before the correct one was finally sent the day of signing. The request for extra banking information was more like being audited by Underwriting. We Brought over $500k to the table on a $700k purchase with 800 credit scores and proof of funds. Underwriting made the process almost unbearable. Darcel Thomas made this process bearable. She was very helpful throughout the entire process. She answered my phone calls and emails in a timely manner and was very polite and kind during all conversations. If you have an employee training program Darcel should be the teacher. She really need the difference. Promote her before she gets away.
