I had a special case and no one really knew how to close this loan from the start . However, Yester found a way. It took more time than expected but she followed through as tough as it was at times and made it happen correctly. I appreciate her efforts and care,
more communication regarding the closing date/time, and the delivery of the payoff checks for my creditors.
