They did go out of their way to keep me informed of the progress as well as answering and/or returning my calls promptly. I want to thank them again for their assistance and support thru the process.

Everyone we worked with was prompt and efficient. We’ve used pennymac for two home loans now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re competitive and work hard to keep things moving. Because of their team and their ability to work efficiently we were ready to go after two weeks. We had a 28 day closing but it could have been done in closer to 20 days if we needed it to be; they’re just that easy and quick to work with. No complaints or hesitation to use them again should we need to.
