At first I was no happy with penny mac but with latrice’s help we discovered my email wasn’t communicating correctly. So once we changed my email to another one it was a very smooth and she knocked it out of the park. I hope PennyMac realizes how good of an employee she is. Thank you Latrice
I was very happy that pennymac did not intend to just process my loan and then sell it off to some other company.
Overall very helpful, communicative and professional
Better communication, better information flow to customer, avoid asking same docs again and again, have better knowledge of any queries customer asking.
Communication between departments seemed a bit neglected. I had an old boss that once said . . right wrong or indifferent perception is everything.
Yester did great. Underwriting seemed a little confused and funding is taking longer than I expected.
