Wilson Nguyen was phenomenal. We dealt with him the most. I physically spoke with Andy Garcia several times during the final week of the process. There was no direct contact information for the processor provided from the beginning. Any email we received listed a name with no further information other than one common number, and then we always talked with another processor until the last week or so.
