Destini was super friendly and had great communication during the closing process.
Ask the same document multiple times my closing took longer than expected plus I was given this information

Overall very good people and easy process
The Loan Officer and the loan process went very well. Everything was thoroughly explained and I was kept aware of each step along the way. I was actually surprised that my re-fi closed within 15 days!
Brittany was amazing te entire time. For the most part Dominique was pretty great too. The rest of the team was absolutely terrible. They caused an immense amount of confusion and turmoil. Honestly, I don't think I will ever use PennyMac after this.
I had weekly updates with the progress of the loan. My questions were answered in a timely manner.
The process was fast and professional!
