Close on time. We were also not told when to send the wire transfer for the downpayment which delayed closing. No harm done in the end though except a bit of stress

It was a pleasure dealing with Edna. She was very helpful and she was able to answer all of my questions. It was clear to me on each step of the process and I appreciate her time as well as the team who assisted us throughout the entire process.

Marcia did great. Want that stated right out of the gate. The issues I had were with whoever else is behind the scenes. Lack of communication between departments was a huge gap. When I was to initially close, the notary never showed. I called, was told to hang tight and they would get someone out. 2 hours later, I call again, same thing.
