Grateful to receive breakdown of my credit report. Item 1 in each is a complete error. Never had multiple collections. During early 70s, co-signed for 2 people who later defaulted and I paid. I have had no collectons in over 40 years. I plan to challenge the error in my credit report.
This experience took way to long. Terrible communication. Lack of concern.
The loan process was very smooth and timely. I will definitely recommend you to anybody that needs a home purchase or refinance.

....Continued Yesterday, I did have John P. reach out to me. He is at a c-suite level, which means he took the time to read my story, and they do not have alot of time to read short emails. Briana was amazing. We had a few issues with the loan and the closing. Briana was always available and always extremely helpful. I would call the mymac number and get another processor and tell them I want to wait to talk to her. I have over 300 employees that work for me and I hope that they provide the same service and passion for our clients as she did to me.You are lucky to have her on your team
