Process was clear and precise.
Andy and his team were great. I really had no issues with them, but the appraiser that they used was awful and it was a bit frustrating having to deal with them. I think Pennymac should reconsider the company you partner with for appraisal services. They are bringing down the quality of your service.
The process was easy. Everything was explained to me. I am very happy with pennymac.
Everyone was very nice and helpful
I started the process by stating I needed a bridge loan, that was totally overlooked and added a major snafu that in my opinion was totally unnecessary. I was directed to upload documents to the PennyMac portal but it seems the people that need to be alerted weren't. Having multiple people or teams just made it confusing. Having 1 point person is much easier to manage. The problem with the "appraisal wavier" was on going for a few weeks! It took two months from my first received email regarding our credit scores to closing. I feel like that was an extremely long time. But, paulette was very apologetic and understanding our frustration and, worked hard to get the ball rolling faster.
Nancy was great but my total experience with PennyMac was not great. It took 5 months and several really bad things happen that not only took to much time but also cost me more money in the end.
Better communication between PannyMac and Title company.
