The communication was horrible your Appraisal Teams was horrible they locked the appraisal in the system for 14 days I signed my disclosure documents he Monday after close. Nothing worked on this close I am very disappointed with my decision to use PennyMac

Though there were small hiccups here or there, the experience was made great by all of the people involved in the entire process. A great organization that has partnered with partners that uphold the same standards of customer service and support.

All people I dealt with during my refinance where amazing and very patient as I asked numerous questions to make sure that I understood what was going on.
