Jamie Wright was awesome throughout the entire process. We could not be happier with the service received. He understood all my questions and was very patient and professional.

Good communication and information provided through the process
A little miscommunication. At one point I did the repairs for the appraisal that was requested and I was told I had to get into contact with the appraiser myself and wasted almost 3 weeks trying to contact him and get him back out when it was supposed to be you guys contacting them to reschedule and verify that the repairs were done.
