Communication was lacking. Please stop calling from blocked or unidentified phone number, I and many other do not answer those calls. It will make things easier. Also other reps cold calling is not good especially when they ask for personal information when they call you. Only the rep working directly with client should call. Overall service could have been better.
We had a pretty easy process working with Grace at PennyMac. She was very clear and concise with her communication and we always felt like we were in the loop.
Her knowledge and professionalism in the performance of her jos was very outstanding. She was also Consumer friendly which made it a pleasure to work with her.
