Better and more accurate communication of the needed documents would have made the process less stressful.
Everyone was very friendly, and knowledgeable about what was going on and always had my best interest in mind.
Everything was straight forward and went as planned. It didn’t feel overwhelming because only a few documents were requested to submit at a time. As soon as documents were submitted, the pennymac team reviewed quickly, quickly enough we could have closed a week early so that was great.

He even checked in a few times after the initial conversation to make sure all went well. I feel like we talked to multiple people afterword, everyone we spoke to was nice and helpful.
