I worked with Several people. All were knowledgeable and answered my questions promptly. I only have one complaint. No one ever advised that my husband had to be there for closing. He is not involved with my mortgage or title. His name is not on this house. Luckily he happened to be home early from work. We were able to close.
Overall quick and easy process
Every step of the process was clear, in addition to the e-sign website, That was my favorite part, because I didn’t have to mail papers back and forth. Very efficient and easy

We made sure we got Jamie’s number immediately; she was so helpful from day one! She responded to our questions and requests faster than my family members getting back to me. Jamie even gave us information that would benefit us financially. She was prompt and precise! If we ever choose to move again, Jamie will be the first person we call! Thank you Jamie and Penny Mac!
