Better initial communication and process explanation. Not on Veronica’s part but there were a few times that I received conflicting information and had trouble getting a hold of someone. At one point I had to call 5x in one night and demand to speak to a supervisor in order to get a document that we needed for closing.

My poor review is not for Tyra. She did her absolute best. My comments are for the loan process in itself. Once it went from the application to the underwriting team was when things got messy. I already have two other mortgages which should have been in the system. Hopefully on the next one, the process will be smoother. A list from the beginning with all the documents needed. Again Tyra was there from beginning to end for us.
