Quick and easy!
Very timely and accurate. Jocelyn very professional and knowledgeable.
Rashawna requested documents multiple times that were already submitted, she would call me multiple times asking about documents that were already submitted. I would inform her they were already submitted days before, then she would check and confirm they were submitted. Very unorganized.
The only communication I had was through the website. Every time I called I got a different person and a different answer to the same question.
Rosario was on vacation the first ten days of my loan application. I’m not sure why I was paired with someone who was not available. When she came back, it often took 2+ days to get an email response. Most of my answers came from calling in and speaking to other reps. I have had a loan and a refi with penny Mac before.
