Peter was awesome I have no complaints on his end. However, underwriting took forever. I feel they could've initially requested the tax returns and saved me time and aggravation as they had me obtain and send over a dozen pay stubs and W2s. It felt like they did not understand what it means to be a union worker. What's worse is we already had our mortgage with PennyMac so we thought it would be a smoother process.

Rosario needs to be more communicative, I had to repetitively call and ask for things to be done or checked.Her lack of knowledge and communication with her tean almost forced us out of escrow on day 24, yes i said DAY 24 OF ESCROW.She also likes to speak poorly of customers/clients when she thinks they can no longer hear her. She does not live up to the values of any lender or mortgage company. Also super hard to get ahold of and never "in the office".

Experience was over all great, communication between Depts. seemed slow or lacking at times, dates and dispersal procedures got changed around towards the end, but overall a otherwise great experience.
