The beginning of the process was very easy to initiate. Document signing over the Internet was convenient. Overall, I think the process was simple. The only negative I can think of was the length it took to get to the deposit day.

From the time I called to inquire about the refinance to the time I received the checks in the mail it was a great experience. Everything was transparent and easy and I never had to wonder what was happening. I was informed every step of the way.

Worst experience! Would not ever recommend. They lost my check after confirming they received it (they even credited my account with the funds) then they said that needed another form of payment so they can return the credit amount back to the company but refused to pay the cancel check fee so that I could pay another way! I told them I was not comfortable paying another way until the check was canceled out of fear they’d find it and cash it….they basically said I either pay it or they will take a payment I already paid and ... read more
