We had the absolute WORST experience with this company. In the beginning we were convinced to refinance our home. We were told it would be a very easy process and it was the complete OPPOSITE. They gave us the run around for 3 months, they would go weeks with out communicating with us. We were never able to get a hold of someone on our team, so we would have to call the main number.
