Over all great experience just could have been a bit better in communications about the VA loan contingencies...
The Pennymac team, specifically Tanairy Rodriguez, made the mortgage and closing processes so easy! She was always professional and quick to communicate the status of our application and request needed files. She even went above and beyond in the few days before our closing. There was one miscommunication when it came to an insurance document but it was only because the policy had just changed the prior week.
This has been the easiest thing I've done! I didn't need anyone to help me through it. PennyMac people were excellent!
Clean process overall and closing was simple. Some things got a little mixed in the docs but nothing a good title agent couldn’t fix.
