Wondering why I am getting a survey from Andy when I never dealt with him thru this whole process. It was someone else
Overall the experience was very pleasent and didn't take nearly as long as I thought it would have.
Not having to resend documents repeatedly.
I was assisted in a timely manner and had great customer service along the way.
I told them from the beginning that was not a tech/email savvy person. The back and forth phone calls was ridiculous. I hardly ever got to speak to the same person. When I would call either of the contact people that I was supposed to be dealing with it, would take forever for a return phone call. As I was waiting for a call back, I would receive multiple emails from other people at PennyMac which made the process very confusing.
Every step of the process was communicated and done in a timely manner. Stress free for us!
