Andy was great but the other part of the underwriters was absolutely terrible
Great and Efficient
It would have been much better if everything was laid out during the application process. Such as what expenses are to be expected (appraisal fees, notary public, etc.) As a lot of these came as a surprise one at a time. Also I didn't expect to have to pay 2 months worth of mortgage payments in one month to meet conditions until late.
More clarity of communication about required documentation in a timely fashion and if documentation wasn’t accurate or correct more timely and clear communication about it, especially when the loan team understood the requested time frame and all parties (realtor / borrower / seller) we’re trying to resolve in a timely fashion and not hold needs until 2 days prior to closing.
Too many people answering questions with a noth knowing what b have told you.
All involved were highly informative with all my questions
Clarification on how and when to stop monthly payments on the old loan
Sandi McMillin did a great job, this issue was not with her it was before she was involved.
