I requested the loan to pay for house repairs. I had to get those house repairs in order to get the loan even though I told you I needed those funds upfront to pay for those repairs. When I had questions about what to do, the most popular answer was "I don't know". I was also told my funds would be in my account on the 29th. I did not receive my funds on the 29th.
