Process worked well
Veronica was excellent! Pure excellent. She made the entire process wonderful and I think that was the major difference.

The hand off from the original loan officer was very bumpy and resulted in two weeks of unnecessary stress while we waited to connect with loan processing team. The automatically generated messages regarding documentation were alarming, especially after we had provided the information required and connected by phone with the loan processor.
