Communication within the company itself is not good had a hard time getting ahold of people
The people that I dealt with was patient with me in understanding how things went. Some times it got a little frustrating but it worked out good .Thank you
I received request for the same documents through electronic notification, not the individuals helping me. We did not close on time due to appraisal company.
Everything was clearly communicated to me and all of my questions were promptly answered. I would recommend Pennymac to anyone.
It was pretty easy and all my questions were answered fast. just what stressed me out for a moment it was when asking for the same documents over and over. Other than that it was good.
The dashboard and downloads made it very easy to get documents and responses faster
Great staff and friendly people
I had to call to confirm documents were sent. I also had to forward the same documents more than once. Furthermore, I had to call more than once and email about getting my appraisal deposit back. Other than that, it was a great experience.
Explain started off with a gentleman named Matt Gillespie you walk me through gave me my hives and lows my in between so I just standing past me on to the next person and they can see the lookout for my best interest experience
