To have less people handle the process so customer doesn't have to repeat what was told by other representatives. One agent asked for one thing and said they would check into it and another agent would repeat what the previous agent stated. Making the process longer than necessary.

Sandra was absolutely incredible. Our builder was a bit unhappy with us for not going with their “preferred” lender, they stated it would be too difficult working with an outside lender. However, Sandra was ALWAYS on top of everything and added a calmness to the storm. Her responses were always prompt, professional and accurate.
