Latrice was an excellent processor. Latrice made sure I kept abreast of every step of this process. She was a delight to work for and I’d every agent was like her, getting a mortgage wouldn’t be so scary for so many people.
I am being asked to review Brianna Koke which to my knowledge I never interacted with. I received lots of emails from different people and didn't find consistant help. Pascal did the most for me but I really only heard from him during the intitial paperwork.
Cesar and Kristie, as well as everyone else we spoke with, were knowledgeable, had good communication, were informative, and professional. We had previously started an application with another company and they were very pushy and much less professional. We were so glad to stay with PennyMac since we've always had good experiences for the past 7 years with 2 refinances. Rosario always answered the phone when I called and helped me step by step through the process. Rosario was friendly, patient and accommodating throughout.
I had to follow up several times on the Loan Estimate. Closing was scheduled twice and at a location 25 miles away from where I live.
Great because of Mike and Anna.
ANNA was great. The processing people making sure we had all the 'I's" doted and the "T's" crossed, were the ones not in touch with who does what and that the buyer is responsible for certain forms, the seller had other things and making a cheat sheet to give to each one would have very helpful. I got email for forms that the seller needed to complete sending me into a panic especially the week of closing. But Anna got us all of the info and got us on the straight and narrow.
