WE HAD A GREAT 10 STAR EXPERIENCE
The communication was great. My loan had lots of ups and downs, but Suzanne, especially, stayed in contact and kept me apprised of what was going on. She and Wilson Nguyen bent over backward to get this loan to go through, and when it was all said and done, the terms were even better than originally proposed. We really needed this loan and are so grateful for Suzanne and Wilson hanging in there with us to get it closed.

It would have been better if I did not receive a passive aggressive email about a contract that had a typo that Grace was refusing to fix. In the email she said that the "best possible customer service" was to not fix 2 boxes that related to my agent on the closing disclosure. It would have taken no time at all to put the correct information in. Instead, I waited for 2 hours just to find out that she did not correct the issue. Pennymac's team gave great attention and detail to my needs and inquiries regarding the lending process.
Everything was communicated effectively except for the second lien on my home due to a forbearance plan I was previously on. This late information severely hurt the cash amount I was expecting back.
Ammie was very helpful in answering my questions and very clear in her answers. I enjoyed working with her!
