Pennymac's team gave great attention and detail to my needs and inquiries regarding the lending process.
Anna Eng helped make the whole process run a lot smoother. We had a lot of hiccups through out the process of our loan and without Anna's help I feel like we would have had many more issues. Anna communicated with us throughout the span of our loan process and closing very well and made sure we were never left in the dark.
Great experience all around. There's been some technical issues with the portal but the MAC team had workarounds like email. Thanks!
Darcel was always calling to confirm that we had done what was needed or that we recieved & understood what was going on. She was very attentive. I recomend her highly.
