Communication within the company itself is not good had a hard time getting ahold of people

The loan process was very easy to follow, and Liem was very responsive to any questions we had. The closing process was very easy and thorough.
My entire team was phenomenal to work with. Especially Maha who had the task of initial contact and documentation requests.
If the original loan papers would have been correct instead of three iterations and the communication was a little better and the time it took to close was a little more timely.
