Honestly in the beginning I was extremely disappointed in the entire process, I started with a Miraya as my loan officer and was very disappointed, then went to Mike Prude who was great, but loan processor Maria was disappointing. When Cesar took over, everything went quickly and efficiently. Kudos to Cesar!
Really superior service and communication. Anytime I had a question during the process it was answered effectively and in a timely fashion. Really good experience and I would without hesitation use PennyMac in the future and recommend them to any and all. Thank you Nestor and Rosario, you are the best!
