The Pennymac team, specifically Tanairy Rodriguez, made the mortgage and closing processes so easy! She was always professional and quick to communicate the status of our application and request needed files. She even went above and beyond in the few days before our closing. There was one miscommunication when it came to an insurance document but it was only because the policy had just changed the prior week.

Clean process overall and closing was simple. Some things got a little mixed in the docs but nothing a good title agent couldn’t fix.

I received request for the same documents through electronic notification, not the individuals helping me. We did not close on time due to appraisal company.

It was pretty easy and all my questions were answered fast. just what stressed me out for a moment it was when asking for the same documents over and over. Other than that it was good.

I had to call to confirm documents were sent. I also had to forward the same documents more than once. Furthermore, I had to call more than once and email about getting my appraisal deposit back. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Explain started off with a gentleman named Matt Gillespie you walk me through gave me my hives and lows my in between so I just standing past me on to the next person and they can see the lookout for my best interest experience
