Fast, easy and great customer service!
This refi was the worst one i have gone though with a lender. I thought it would be easier to use the same vendor my current loan was at but i was mistaken. The issues started with my closing documents being wrong which delayed my closing. When i asked PennyMac how my URL that i signed was changed to a second residence, no one knew the answer. Communication and very easy to complete
The online access made it easy to follow the process.
Some times I was given weekly updates but at times I had to call to get an update because weeks had gone by without any updates. The application was submitted on August 3rd but the closing wasn't until December 1st. I consider that pretty lengthy considering my mortgage is with PennyMac so most documents are already there. Nevertheless, I'm happy with the outcome.
